Upon honorable discharge from the army in 1968, Bob
Rusk started his consulting forestry and land surveying activities in
Sevier County, Tennessee. In June
of 1971, Rusk’s consulting business became known as Tennessee Mountain
Management (TMM). In 1974 TMM
became licensed as a landscape contractor in Tennessee. Located
in Seymour, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Smokies, TMM still
specializes in forestry consulting, land surveying, and erosion control. Dennis
Kuykendall manages the forestry division of the company while Hank Freeman,
registered land surveyor, manages the surveying division. Bob Rusk and office manager, Maryellen,
